Registration opens on October 15th, and all keiki ages 13 and under are invited to participate! Get ready for costume contests, Showtime Characters, and free trick-or-treat bags while supplies last! Parents and siblings are welcome to dress up too and join the family costume. Get spooky at the Trunk-Or-Treat at Kukui Grove Center in Lihue on October 30th from 3PM - 6PM
